NCC Group, previously part of the National Computing Centre, specialises in supplying software escrow - independent third party protection and storage of business critical software.

The business is the only significant escrow provider in the UK. It provides a valuable assurance product for all users of IT alongside a consultancy service - predominantly in the protection, verification and assurance markets.

NCC Group raised over €56m via an institutional placing. The market capitalisation of the group on admission to AIM was over €80m.
