The Deal
- Management buy-out in November 2000 of the UK's leading specialist software testing consultancy.
- Imago employed consultants working for blue chip companies in the financial, telecoms and retail sectors.
- Projects included: web testing for the Financial Times, the testing of call centre systems for Experian and the testing of a general banking system for Northern Rock.
The Exit
- In December 2003 the business was sold to MMT Computing, a subsidiary of the US based IT solutions and services company, Microgen.
